It is becoming a close pal, every day everywhere tagging along. Eventually harming our body, not so best bud. Stress is our bodily reaction to threat or high demanding situations. The human body is designed in a way to counter a certain amount of stress. It helps in daily tasks, like meeting a deadline. But prolonged stress without a sigh of relief can have damaging effects on the body. Generally called Overstressing, excessive stress can hinder with daily lifestyle. It mostly can affect you emotionally, physically and mentally. So it is crucial to know that you are overstressing or not. Being ignorant can only lead to further issues. So, here are a few signs that you are Overstressed.
Physical Signs:
Headaches
If you are having frequent headaches, you must consider your stress level because most likely you are Overstressed. One of the earliest signs that you are overstressed is a headache. Stress causes tension that leads to pain.
Changes in Appetite
Appetite drastically changes. Either you eat too much or not enough, this could be because you are overstressed. Stress eating isn’t just real, but very much an indication that you need to calm down.
Insomnia

Stay connected to people you love, the people who care for you. hang ou with friends more, give time to your family, find fun group activities to do, be part of a community. Humans need to be part of a community or social environments, it keeps us happy.
