There are several therapies and medications which are being used to treat anxiety or depression. But diet also plays an important role to manage it. A healthy diet plays an important role because healthy food gives a healthy mind.

Processed food is high in fat and contains unhealthy levels of sodium, fatty acids, and sugar. It lack’s in the number of nutritional values. It is also the gateway to many diseases other than anxiety or depression. We highly recommend changing towards a healthy diet and include more fiber-rich foods.
